• All recorded presentations must be no longer than 15 minutes. There will be a live Question & Answer period after each presentation is finished.
• It is suggested that your recording is done through PowerPoint. You may record your voice over and pace of the slides through the Slide Show tab. Further guidance on how to accomplish this can be found online
• If you are willing to accept questions via e-mail, please include your email address in the slides.
• Note that you are responsible for reviewing your recorded presentation for quality and content and ensuring that it does not exceed the time limit. ASME staff moderators will be playing the recording in the format that it is submitted in, further editing will not be performed by ASME.
